Penalize Boosted Players which are Three-Stacking (DuoQ) with Cheater(s)

Hi,

Issue: Boosting has become a significant problem in this game to the point where almost in every game I see someone who is boosted by rage cheaters, but because boosted players are not cheating they are not afraid of getting banned. At least I never saw someone be banned for getting boosted.

Suggestion: Implement a system to penalize players who three-stack with cheaters by removing all points earned during the period they played together. This measure will serve as a deterrent and promote a fairer gaming environment. By meaning if cheater was banned.

Details:

1. Detection: Identify players who have three-stacked (DuoQ) in ranked mdoe with a cheater that got banned.
2. Penalty: Remove all points earned by these players during the period they played with the cheater. or some kind of penalization.
3. Notification: Inform the affected players about the penalty and the reason behind it.
   Something like: Your points have been deducted due to the detection of a cheater on your team.

Additional Notes:

1. Make it possible to appeal if players believe they were unfairly penalized. (false banned? legit player?)
2. Maybe making first time warning if something happen to make clear that this system was implemented?
