Pilots Vs Legends
Realistically, a Titanfall 2 pilot would cream every Legend except Bangalore, Wraith and Revenant.
Bangalore
Before you come at me and say that Bangalore was just a very skilled grunt who never even got to fight in a straight-up battle with the Militia, there's something important to note, and that's her heirloom. Bangalore's heirloom is a knife she got off an elite Pilot she killed during the Frontier War. In addition, her parents were pilots and are the people who trained her into the soldier she is today. Still, a pilot could defeat Bangalore with not too much effort, but the fact she has killed an elite Pilot before and a lot of her family were IMC pilots does give her a much better chance than the rest of the Legends not mentioned on this post.
Revenant
No need to explain this. He's a simulacrum and the best hitman known to mankind. He has superhuman strength (he can lift a 1-ton Pathfinder with no effort), a silence bomb which can disable the Pilot's mobility and abilities and perhaps most notably: he's immortal. He is a literal killing machine and was built to kill. He's a lurker and can easily get the drop on a pilot and rip them to shreds. The only thing a pilot might have over Revenant is maybe military skill but you have to remember Revenant has basically 3 centuries of experience as a hitman and has been around before TF2 pilots were even a thing.
Wraith
The only ex-pilot on the Legends roster and the only Legend who has basically supernatural powers.
Wraith was an elite Senior Science Pilot and has a self-modified form of Phase Tech. She can freely mingle in the Void, hear voices that warn her of the pilot's every move, and that's already enough to make her a good contender.
