@KyldenarThe hemlock is for me the most difficult-to-use weapon in all of Apex. Maybe it's because it supposedly has "range" so I keep trying to use it with a big scope the way I would use a tripletake. And the first bullet hits the target, the second is several meters above the target, and the rest of them literally wrap around the underside of the map. With that kind of recoil I'm surprised I don't end up shooting myself in the back.
The scout is also a mystery to me, and you would think, due to my fascination with mid-range guns, that I'd be aces with it. But I'm not. I never even try to pick one up anymore.
I'm also surprised to hear people list melee or grenades as favored tools. I relegated melee to some button on my controller that I can't even find so that I wouldn't keep hitting it accidentally when trying to do other things. I did that a lot in the first four or five seasons until someone told me you could map the controller. And grenades I refuse to use on principle because they're so counter-intuitive (with all the menuing and arming and putting down your gun that you have to do) and so nooby with a trajectory tell so a monkey could place it. Very un-Halo-like. Recon disapproves.
But these are all more reasons why we make good squadmates - never fighting over the same toys.
