Please 3rd party complainers, do not ruin this map for me!
Yes, the map allows for a lot of 3rding. But it is a BR and part of being good at a BR is knowing when you can take fights.

@hayhorIm not trying to ruin it for you, but, while third parties are a part of a BR game in Apex it is unhealthy.
It is unhealthy because sometimes you can't calculate the time when to push or not to push.
Why? Because it reflects the mentality of the player base of this game, because everyone hot drops the result is, the third party gets Fourth partied what gets fifth partied and gets sixth partied.
Now that is unhealthy.
Yes third parties are on every BR game, but in this game it is to much. I live in the UK I was able to play the new map yesterday 6 at night, after 3 games everybody hot dropped, while back in the day when Olympus and Storm Point came out everyone took their time to explore, now no.
People hot drop because it requires no skill. Just get a decent shield and gun and its 2/3 kils. If you don't and get knocked just quit, rinse and repeat.
I don't think Respawn specifically designs hot drop spots, they just happen like Estates on Olympus. They need to get rid of the 'Random Loot Building of Random Death' on WE though.
Interestingly, I don't think there's a hot drop spot on KC anymore, since they killed Skulltown, which is why it's probably my favourite map.

@Cheese9Man Relic thankfully isn't as drawing to hot droppers as old skull town, sad that KC it not in rotation this season.
@Renegade_Prime86This isnt about hot dropping. People that hot drop know they will get 3rded. They count on it for more action.
The real issue 3rding is a thing in apex is because people won't push and finish fights. They shoot, they heal, they shoot, they heal again and repeat over and over. If a fight takes more than a couple minutes you will get 3rded easily. I had this last night. We had 2 down on the other team with 2 of us up. I say into the mic push. My teammate went for the rez. I lost my 1v1 but the person was super low. My teammates then fully healed while the enemy revived and fully healed. They then traded some more and wham, shot in the back by a team 3rding. If my teammate had pushed, we win the fight and get fully reset before another team moves in.- @hayhor I hate that scenario... and it happens too often with randoms, Lol! When my buddies are on, we know what our cutoff is, as far as fights go. If we dabble in a fight too long, it's our fault we got 3rd partied. We also try to disengage and reposition immediately upon recognizing the 3rd party. I've noticed that randoms tend to just stay in there and get sandwiched. My one Mirage buddy can be kinda bad about trying to stay behind to finish a fight, but with some yelling by us other two, we can usually get him pulled back before he drops
