Please add a refund system

I was showing my brother that I just got heirloom shards out of a crate and he bought the octane heirloom when I wanted the wraith one since I never use octane and wraith is my main. It would be great if we could refund a heirloom once for shards to get a heirloom that we actually want.

    it would be nice to get 1 refund for all players, personally i got a bloodhound heirloom which i like but i dont really use her, used to main caustic so would have gotten his heirloom if i could have but couldnt either way

    when i got the bloodhound heirloom i just got it i didnt have a choice which character i got it for, that said i am waiting for fuse's heirloom so it wont be a while till i need heirloom shards

    @xdJamyBamy NEVER left your girlfriend alone with your brother, he might do "something" you NEVER able to revert back !

    @rockyboy1998I was thinking about it while checking their security related positions... After support employees weren't able to find proper access logs and told me that my account wasn't hacked. (at the same time the logs from My EA Data showed successful logins from China right when someone got access to my account, changed controls, bought legends and made me banned). But finally today I received the email where they admitted that the account was hacked...

    Implementing a refund system if all account actions are stored as transactions is a pretty easy job and I've done this before. But if they don't store the full history, then it might require to re-write the entire database structure. Also, I don't think that devs have a such high salary there...
