PLEASE add default kit from the drop

Here I am again, asking this for the umpteenth time: everyone should have white equipment from the start with a p2020.

I'm tired of looting multiple buildings or multiple bins without finding a single weapon or a single armor. REDUCE THE RNG FACTOR AT THE START PLEASE.
