Normal game is like training ground/practice where people just chill and take it easy. If they leave after that die, I'm fine with that, there is nothing to loose.
I don't agree with pinalty here. We don't have to put pinalty every where.

Not really comparable to training ground to be honest, not at all in fact.
The fact is that casual games do count towards all your stats, your KDR, season wins, average damage, badge progression etc.
Repeatedly leaving games, and making a habit out of doing so doesn't fall under the banner of "taking it easy" and "chilling".
Players who want a chill, decorated game can buy Divinity II original sin on the playstation store for 40% off right now, and experience a chill laidback game with 9.5 score from both critics and players.
Pvp games never have been, and never will be a place to "just chill" who feels relaxed getting owned and rage quitting games?
