Please region lock...

Can we please region lock or cap ping at like 120? I don't think this is too much to ask. I just lost a ranked match where I saw a whole clip of my rampage go into a guy who took only like 50 damage. I literally was 5 feet from him. Your servers are laggy and dysfunctional enough without people messing them up additionally
