PLS HELP ME

Hello everyone, I'd like to post this here because I really need help. I created my Apex Legends account in 2023 on my PS4 and I'd like to transfer it to my Xbox. However, I'm not receiving any emails from EA because of the two-factor authentication required to log in to my account. I had to log in using the verification code on my PS4 account, but now I can't change anything on my account. I've linked my account to an Xbox account, so I would really appreciate some help from EA or from you, please.

  • Yes, Go to help.ea.com , click on "Account Support," scroll all the way down and hit the button that says "Contact Us."

    Okay, thank you so much for your reply, but I have to admit I don't understand their help service at all, and I can't find a section related to my problem. I can't find any options, and I'm not receiving any messages from EA. Do you know if EA has a support service or anything like that, where I can contact them? Thank you very much.

  • Gogeto_full​ It sounds like you are locked out of your EA Account, so you would need to contact EA Support in order to recover your EA Account.

    Furthermore, your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account, so you would need to make sure that your Xbox Account is linked to the same EA Account that your PlayStation Account is linked to as linking your PlayStation Account to another EA Account won't transfer, (or merge), your Apex progress and data.
