plz make charge tower use just once per-person at max
i get tired of teamate who just call lifeline pkg for whole 15 min

The only problem I see is multiple charge towers in one POI. It should not be more than one per location.

Plus, other people can use them too...- @Sir_Named Still, makes more sense if they were scattered around the map
