Re: DDOS'ing us-west-2 (PS5)

Hello,

I would like to report what appears to be a serious crash exploit or DDoS-related cheat that I encountered while playing Ranked on PS5.

This issue occurred in two separate Ranked matches, and I have attached two screenshots as evidence.

During both matches, unusual messages that do not normally appear in Apex Legends repeatedly appeared in the top-right corner of my screen. These messages included text such as:

・“The client gameaccount has been DDoSed.”

・Other unusual DDoS-related messages.

・Kill feed entries showing an anonymous

Revenant rapidly eliminating multiple players with

an RE-45.

Shortly afterward, my game crashed.

After restarting Apex Legends and attempting to reconnect to the same match, the game crashed again immediately after loading, making it impossible to rejoin.

As a result, I lost 60 Ranked Points each time.

The player was using Anonymous Mode, so I could not identify their ID. However, I confirmed that they were playing Revenant.

The Match ID is visible in the attached screenshots, which may help identify the match alongside your server logs.

This was not an isolated incident. The same issue occurred in two different Ranked matches, causing me to lose Ranked Points both times.

Please investigate this issue carefully. If this exploit is being abused, it has a serious negative impact on the Ranked experience for console players.

I understand you may not be able to share the outcome of your investigation, but I sincerely hope this report and the attached evidence will help improve the game.
