I have a love/hate relationship with the Wingman, depending on if I'm hitting my shots that day or not. Vantage's sniper ult though, is pretty dang fun! I have a much easier time hitting shots with that thing, as opposed to the likes of a Longbow/Sentinel. I ran Vantage exclusively for the first two days for a challenge, and I really enjoyed her kit

When Vantage is properly abused by pre-made team its one free kill at start of every fight and its also charged Sentinel as third weapon for whole match which is also charged way too quick.I understand you maybe enjoying playing with Vantage probably and dont wanna her to get nerfed, but it is really overpowered. Wingman is a spam gun where you only need to be accurate with 1 in 3 bullets.I was killed by a high level vantage player the 2nd day. She hit me mid grapple with the 2nd shot. And I was flying. I tipped my cap to that.

The Wingman is a terrible choice for comparison. The Wingman's bullet velocity is almost TWICE as slow as that of the Sniper's Mark. Here are their relevant stats: Wingman: 18,000 Hammer units per second Sniper's Mark: 34,000 Hammer units per second As you can see, the bullet velocity of the SM is almost twice that of the Wingman. In practical terms, up to a few hundred meters, the Sniper's Mark is essentially hitscan. The Wingman has a notoriously low bullet velocity, which is one of the primary reasons that it is considered to be a high skill weapon. I can't quickly find bullet drop statistics, but one can extrapolate from the above that the Wingman will also have significantly more bullet drop that the Sniper's Mark. On top of that, the SM has an indicator right there on the crosshair for compensating for bullet drop.

@Awhoo_Thunder Sentinel and Longbow does more dmg than her Ult and they don't have a giant laser highlighted across the entire map giving away your location. The numbers don't add up when you're saying she's broken. Her ult is slightly better than a charge rifle as it should be.

Snipers mark is 100 body shot dmg for second shot or 130 headshot damage.
One hit with Snipers mark + one hit with Longbow at the same time ?
You can do the math for me... 🙂
I mean you could argue that 2 Longbow shots could do the same, but those are much harder to hit and those will take a second place for your weapon which is very valuable for covering ranges you need to. You would loose SMG or assault rifle for it atleast which can make your mid-range or close range noticeably weaker.
I already got one-tapped by Mark+Longbow yesterday, didnt even know from where.
And alredy got two-tapped just by Snipers Mark at the start of game with blue armor which was like after 3 minutes in match or some.
This ultimate aint no Snipers mark like they describe it to be, its just free and very powerful third weapon which can melt alone.
I would probably ynerf this thing and gave her a Fortified or something. Fortified could be very useful in Sniper fights.

@Awhoo_Thunder I'm 100% sure in game her Ult does 50 body shot dmg. Now the multiplier is a completely different story.

Have you considered taking cover, not standing in the open, don't peek after getting hit with the 1st shot? I've yet to be killed by a single Vantage ult, not once. I kill players that make bad movement decisions every single day.

@DankToliet i do like wingman but i don't like vantage's ult reason well it gave opportunity for people who is bad at sniping become decent sniper with a press of button

also it create meta where people fight on far range now which im not big fan of despite im using wingman often
