Problem with dpi and sens become slow in game

the problem starting when my ghub software doesn't open when i try to open it. cause that i reinstall ghub software. after that my ghub software normally open, but when i open the game, my sens become low and i tried to up the sens until 8.8 and the feel same with my sens before (2.7) not only that. sens high but when i open menu or loot item box my sens become slow like it didn't follow the sens setting and just follow the dpi setting. that my problem. i try to reinstall origin and didn't work. i try to other game and my sens normally not change it, just problem in apex.

somebody help me to fix it! sorry my broken english

hmm maybe the ghub is detecting the game being launched and is changing it to a default setting for apex?
i just know that you can have different sens for different games all at once, i don’t use that
i just make 1 profile and make it “persistent”
im probably no help
