Problems with getting unbanned

So i'm the victim of getting my account hacked. I don't believe the investigations are thorough enough since i didn't even have access to my account at the time when it was banned. Now I just need to accept that it's done and just lose out now? I have seen the exact same situation play out with streamers and they get their accounts back. So why isn't more being done for the general player base? As I said before the TOS team isn't good enough and a lot of people are losing out because of it. Your team helped me go through account recovery after i lost the account but another department decides that i should remain banned after they said my account was clearly hacked. Makes 0 sense.
