Community ManagerI agree they shouldn't be telling you to endlessly submit disputes since they should be aware that 3 is limit. Apologies for the frustration with that.
Each dispute is thoroughly investigated by a human. After 3 investigations have not turned up evidence the ban was issued incorrectly, it won't be overturned and no further disputes will be looked into.
Aljo, so what do we do? i never got given a reason for my ban, never got an email and I offered lots of proof and even extra steps to prove I never cheated. what do the people who seem to be getting banned for nothing do? i just accept I lose all my money and progress over probably a mishap? there is no way my case were thoroughly investigated given how fast the appeals were declined..
