Problems with the Spitfire

Was the spitfire nerfed recently?  I used it twice tonight and was unable to do any significant damage with it.  One player I hit I got nonstop headshots on and the player didn't die.  The numbers were all in gold so I know they were headshots.  Could this have been a cheat the player was using to not die?

I would even sneak up on players in mixtape and empty a whole clip and it did very little damage, like maybe just a little past 100.  The most it did was the headshots I mentioned earlier.

Also, in br when picking up attachments for the spitfire some won't attach to the gun even though it makes the sound,  and it says it is compatible with the spitfire.

Could the spitfire just be bugged right now?  Most of its shots aren't counting and it's tough to get attachments to go on the gun.
