I usually end up supporting the pros on issues. Not because they are “pros”, but because the complaints tend to be valid.
Small imbalances become BIG DEALS at the highest level. Casuals don’t really care about what happens in top lobbies.
The best solution: Be like Halo was and have two separate modes:
Regular and Competitive
There is a way to please both communities.

I think some people like to just have somebody to blame.
Do respawn cater to pro's? Meh maybe?
Pro's generally have a much deeper understanding of the game than your average casual though....I know which of the two I'd rather have influencing decisions lol.
