@bosourdWow crying over caustics barrels being faster like they used to be. What a baby. And remember snipedown plays bloodhound doesnt he? The character that has recieved the most and largest buffs of all.
The game has a great mix of shooting and abilities. Nothing has changed.
@hayhorthat's right, I have not played caustic much this season. From what I remember at the start of the season I'd throw a trap down and some stray bullet would take it out as enemies sprayed into the room.
The only reason he got nerfed was because people cried about his gas. Yeah it's not fun being in his gas, but honestly it sucks when wraith goes into phase, it sucks when path grapples away, it sucks when you get hit by Gibi bombardment, it sucks when you get hit by bangs ult.. It sucks when you get hit by cryptos EMP. All legends have something that gives them an edge in some way. I hate being in an enemy caustics gas. It sends me into a panic because as Bang I use the double time to the maximum, hit that gas and I'm in serious trouble, especially if the caustic is on me. But isn't that the point?! The gas on its own is not a huge deal, just an inconvenience. Gas + a good caustic = Death.
If it's not one of the main "meta legends" then everyone complains about the ability being too strong.
I think Gibi takes some skill to use and be effective with. His movement is so clunky and it's so easy to get caught up on things. I'm always running into walls and stuff when I play him. He is one of the more challenging legends for me to down though. If it's 1vs1 between me and a gibi I get nervous.
