Prowler :(

So after watching the gameplay trailer I instantly saw the clip where the Prowler was being used. 

At first I thought they might be advertising that this weapon is going to be back on the ground loot, however after seeing it kitted out with the Digi-Threat it seems it is still the same care package version. 

What's your opinion on this?
