Pubs MM is Unchanged since seasons 8/9

@Vdstrk As mostly a pub player with over 7k hours i can def see the differences when they do toy with things.
SBMM as example was retired and a new system was brought in. Last season i was constantly paired as a solo player against 3 stack master/pred teams. Which is normal for me all seasons.
But, this season I can see a huge difference im not being faced against them as often. For me i pay attention to stuff like that so i have solid feedback that is more accurate. (Your feedback is yours i do not discredit it) but sadly it is the experience you are having right now.
For me though this season match making has been kind to me.
