Question About Apex Predator Badges

Hey everyone,

I recently came across a player with two different Predator badges—one with a ranking number and one without. I’ve attached a picture for reference. I have a few questions about how these badges work:

1. Why does one badge have a ranking number while the other doesn’t?
2. Do animated Predator badges always lack ranking numbers?
3. If I reach Apex Predator in Split 1 (let’s say I’m #300) but drop to #500 in Split 2, will I still receive the animated badge?
