R99 Carepackage, -> R97 Please

@hhnbbfggty66 Don't forget that the Alternator in TF2 was an absolute beast as well though.
Look at in Apex, its a throw away weapon.

@xx_Dante2k_xx Yeah it was a God tier weapon, but I never had the skills to use it in TF2.
I always stuck to the R99 + Stim, and Spitfire with shield pilot, and L-star with grapple pilot.

Sometimes CAR with pulse pilot.
