R99 little OP
Is not r99 little 🙂 OP at long distance? is a short range weapon but at long distance is very hard better than a sniper weapons.....something wrong i think....or i wrong as always...

@lnxtvv Yep this is where damage fall off at distance would be a good thing. A volt is another good example. I'll run a volt with a 2x on it over a havoc. That doesnt make sense does it?
There are no definitions of the game's weapons abilities. Just because it's a quick-bursting weapon does not mean that it's solely meant for close-range fighting. A lot of us can easily shoot people from 50 up to 100 meters away with this gun. Its by no means specifically made for close range as most only shot guns carry this value.
- @E9ine_AC Oh come on man we all know it's in a short range class. The game does have classes for guns. Just go into the guns and it shows it.
- @hayhor it still doesn't mean much, you can shoot at any distance with any of them. Snipers are meant to be long-range weapons, but there's nothing stopping you from using them at point blank range.
- @hayhor But a R301 will always be better than R-99 for mid-range. I guess the weapon classification do work to some extent.
There is a headshot threshold distance for SMGs(its like 50 m I believe).- @BaldWraithSimp Oh I agree on the r301 being better but some can really beam with r99s from a long way.

That doesnt make sense does it?I get exactly where you are coming from here, but for me if I see a Havoc on the floor that's maxed out I am taking that out over a Volt any day of the week, close range hip fire is a joke on it.
I personally think that the Havoc needs to be looked at a little bit, its a great gun but very hard to balance!
- @rockyboy1998 The havoc was my gun for quite a long time. Then they buffed it and everyone complained so then they nerfed the recoil into a pretty crazy place. I miss the gun so much but it should be on par with the r301 and flatline and it isnt.
- @hayhor I agree. It really needs a looking into because it was a great gun.
Like I said, I do still like it a lot but yeah you're right I will always run a 301 over it any day of the week. I also would take a Hemlok over it too, to be honest because I am so inconstant with the Flatline it is beyond a joke.
I don't think the range thing with the R-99 is too much of an issue though, like I said it takes a lot of skill to perfect and I think the majority of people would rather shoot with a 301, Spitfire, Hemlok etc than a 99 from distance.
- @hayhor I sort of agree, sort of don't. If you can hit someone at range with a 99 you have some solid skill. Even with the volt, the volt is a tad easier to use at range.
I agree that the Havoc should be better at range than it currently is. As much as I dislike the spitfire, it's a solid LMG and it really works well as an LMG. Decent at range, in CQC it's not terrible but you'll get smoked if someone 1 clips you with a volt or 99.- @DarthValtrex Don't forget the tc Devo. If I've got a Devo CQC against a Spitfire I'm pretty sure I win every time. 🤭
- @CCbathwater Devo has been bad to me lately I don't know why, but every time I get the turbo and a devo I'm the first one down. Maybe it's just the "I have a Devo I can't be stopped!!" thought
