Wow, the recoil on the R99, even with a purple barrel stabilizer, is brutal. Anything over 15 yards or so is now a pray and spray. I've gone to the Alternator even without disruptor rounds. Anyone else feel the nerf was a bit much to the R99?
No, the recoil nerf was extremely minor (just a little randomness). Also, it's intention WAS to make R99 less capable at longer ranges. So I guess, if you're having trouble now and didn't before - mission accomplished? XD
P.S. I never could use it at longer ranges, but it definitely was and still is the best CQC weapon.
The blue mag size nerf did hit me hard though, but it's still fine. Makes the R99 more risky pick with still the same potential for greatness (purple mag).
Considering it's still the #1 non-golden weapon overall, it definitely was not nerfed too much (but probably enough).

But definitely no reason to suspect the "pro's" lazerbeaming people at 100 meters with 100% accuracy.
They would definitely, certainly, never cheat.
I've moved on to mowing people down with a Prowler on burst. The new CQC king.
