Of course it should be stationary. I don't want to break the balance. Her play style is a liability as it is now though. Teams would rather leave in many cases. My own experience.
@FoxRuins Honestly if she can carry her Shiela like at a slow paste, She would be more versatile and it doesn't do much harm.

I'm with the devs on this one. It should stay stationary. It's her moffitt. I do think how it's used should be revamped though.
