I feel like the deploy time is the big one here bud.
The other stuff is non essential but that deploy time can literally mean life or death.

@hayhor that might be a bit too quick haha, I can hear the crying already. XD
- @hayhor I agree with @MandatoryIDtag, If the walls were 2 seconds or faster, than I can see the whole playerbase having a panic attack
- @soccerking122 Yeah I'd be one. I cry every time I run into that character on Rogue. It is instant. I'll have the guy to a bullet and wham up goes the shield.
