Rank arenas point system
Im only getting +12 per win on Rank Arenas I'll drop over 2k damage 6-10kills n still get +12 but when i lose I'll get -30 thats almost 3 games of winning gone in just 1 lose we need a better rank sy...

This has been explained thousands of times already. You don't get AP based on your match performance, you get AP based on your MMR rating. If your MMR rating is maxed out you'll get 12AP, if its lower you'll get more.
