Rank Entry Cost Too High for Lower-skilled Players

@DISCOTHEQUE_APEX Do the statistics account for people that do not play ranked? Take me for example, I rarely play ranked. Last season I think I may have play 5 matches of ranked. This season 0. Yet I'll get bronze rewards at the end. I expect people like me are counted. And I believe that since the season 13 changes a lot of people stopped playing ranked.
