Rank rework confirmed!

@KelRiever @hayhor that's what sprung into my mind. It will be interesting to see how the team non kill assist works into the overall ranked point picture next week. It does seem contrary to an aparrent team play focus. Much like in the below promo 😃 as Wraith always says "all that matters is being thd last one alive"! 😉

The ranked rework is in accurate. At the start of season 12 I was demoted from plat 3 to silver 2. Here it is new season I was right at the beginning of plat three but the only difference is I was demoted to BRONZE 2 that’s three whole tiers and it looks as if the patch notes that’s being put out are useless. It’s frustrating when you live the game but can’t play it to full satisfaction because of this unfair rule. Almost like what are we playing for if we’re going to have to fight from the very very beginning everytime? Three tier demotion is excessive and uncalled for. I don’t think I’ll participating in ranked until they get this ongoing issue together. The audio issues, the hacking, teaming up of enemy teams and etc are problems as well; but nothing screams im working hard for nothing other than this season’s demotion.

@Gabbinoo it appears that we got the 1.5 tier "points" reduction at the end of S12, and those points are now our rp starting point in S13, albeit now at a lower tier. 

The wording in the apex ranked blurb suggests a 1.5 tier reduction at splits, and says nothing about points. 

Just checked. I'm still Bronze IV.
