Rank split S15

How was your rank experience this first split? I made Diamond, and probably the worst rank experience I’ve had in a while, here’s why;

This map doesn’t flow very well for rank, it’s a rinse and repeat kinda map, every P.O.I. is contested, if you don’t win your 1v1’s, you’re basically back to the lobby off the drop.

When contested, not sure why teammates insist on breaking off and getting singled out, it’s kinda self-explanatory, stay with your squad.

The amount of insta deaths have been overwhelming, either a 2v3 off the get go, or a 1v3.

I have never babysat this much since playing rank, if SBMM isn’t tweaked as promised, not sure I’m going to bother next split.

I have found myself rat’ing often just to break even, again, this map isn’t very friendly come second to last circle, you’ll get instantly rolled with little to no cover. Finishing 5th, or 4th, as a solo rat has been a familiar recurrence.

Choke points, too many of them, and considering teammates won’t play beacons and rotate early, Catalyst’s ult, as well as Valk’s, has paid off.

Another remark, missing teammates, never had so many games starting off as a duo, or by myself.

Not sure if players are being boosted riding the assist wave, but Plat, as always, is the worst tier to be grinding rank, especially when you're matched with silver players, this also has happened way to often this rank split.
