Ranked Badges
Does anyone out here know how ranked badges work? Like for example: I was silver in ranked last split because I really didn’t play much but now I am pushing to try to get diamond. If I do end up getting diamond, then when I get my rewards for it, will it be an animated diamond badge (with like the litter sliver of light passing through it) or would it just be static? Thanks and I would appreciate the help!
chroma-pulse_x In order for the badge to be animated, you would need to have reached the same rank for both splits within the same season, (note: the tier within a rank doesn't affect the state of the badge).
For example in this season, (Season 24), I was plat 3 last split and I'm plat 2 this split, so my badge will be animated:If one of those badges were a different rank, then the badge will be a static badge of the highest rank of the two. (Which means that if yours says silver for split 1 and diamond for split 2, it will be a static diamond badge).
