Ranked Games are Terrible Right Now

Ever since this new split I have been put into games with peds/masters and it is entirely unplayable.  I think the reason this is happening is because of the new reset that put a lot of players into Plat.  I was D4 at the end of this last split and have now made my way back to Plat 1.  Since I made it to Plat 1 I have had nothing but a terrible experience with ranked play.  I have had teammates just flat out quit while trying to get their banners, I guess because they can get that RP back easily.  I have had so many inactive teammates that either abandon jumpmaster and then stay in the same spot they landed or be jumpmaster and just get kicked out of the dropship at the end of map.  The pings have gotten worse as well as the communication.  I will occasionally get teammates my skill level but we stand no chance against preds with 4k and 20 bomb badges in a Plat lobby.   

I hope that these issues will stop once the split continues and these players get to their appropriate rank.  I play ranked because it is usually better teammates with more opponents within my skill level.  I am sure that a lot of people like this new rank split, but I think having this many players with huge differences in skill all in Plat is not a good idea.  I do not know if anyone else is dealing with the same issues as me but please let me know either way.
