So I'm trying hard to grind out season 2 ranked, tomorrow is the end of season 3, however, it is saying now I cannot earn anymore ranked points?I work 60 hours a week, have a family and it has taken me the entire season of grinding hard to get to predator knowing it'll reset every season.We should be able to continue grinding to earn right up to the season end no? Or those who are so close should be bumped. I've earned 9700 out of 10,000 points. I deserve it. What's going on?

Not acceptable.The season does not end until tomorrow. We were given no heads up that earning ranked points would be turned off anytime prior to the start of S4.I'm in diamond 1, have basically neglected my family the last couple weeks to hard grind to get to predator before the seasonal resetting starts. I worked way too hard and was well on my way to gaining predator status by tomorrow. I feel ripped off, like every moment I've worked on Apex until now was for nothing.Please either allow earning of points, or promote those who were extremely close seeing there was no advance warning.

I don't know, might be a bug, might not be.The BP screen does have a countdown that has hit "0 Days left in season" so that probably should've gave you a good heads up on when the season would stop.

Hey everyone.Ranked series 2 has ended, it ran from 01 October 2019 till 03 February 2020.What now happened is that we went in an off-season with ranked mode still enabled but you aren't able to score or lose any RP. (Ranked Points)Some people thought maybe the Ranked Series 2 ran till the launch of season 4 but this is not the case.I hope most of you got to the Diamond / Apex Predator rank tho for some sweet rewards.

You speak as if you work for EA/Respawn If so, what kind of answer is that?That's totally not acceptable for people who've spent a lot of time and some, money, just to be told pretty much "oh well, too bad"? It seems to not be a small issue, they're are A LOT of people upset about this.

Yup, just happened to me as well when I was trying to rank up in Platinum ☹️We'll have to do it in S4!

It's not only about Battle Pass, it's about Ranked Leagues too. I planned to rank up yesterday and then realized it was already shut down.
For me it's not critical, but can be different (and it is) for other players as you can see. I think this information should have been published - just better for everyone.

I'm quite surprised to see ranked taken offline 1 day before the new season is starting.
I'm working full-time, having a family to care for, studying a master and finalizing a thesis for it. Having some deadlines finishing last weekend was great to get back a little to apex to make the last sprint towards the diamond league.
In about 15 games I've been going from about 5500 RP towards 7075 RP, only 125 RP away of the diamond league, winning a big part of the games or at least being in the top 6 with an average of 5 kills per game.
Then seeing ranked getting offline yesterday, at 21 pm Brussels time, it's feeling like I'm being robbed.
I don't care about the ranked points in particular, though my concern is about the fact that I'm robbed of the diamond rewards which I was pretty sure to reach in about 1 or 2 more games.
The fact that there was no notification whatsoever is being the origin of the irritation players are experiencing right now.
There was only a battle pass countdown which ended yesterday evening, though this was not at all reliable as for the fact that the battle pass itself was bugged since the end of December 2019.
I hope there is way to get rewarded in the way it should have been and so rewarded those who were close to reaching diamond or predator division league.

@powerlungit's definitely about ranked mode. I'm in the position that I'm an extremely casual player. I work 60 hours a week and have kids. However, I've been a gamer for decades and work hard for accolades. I was already in diamond, but when respawn released that only series 1 & 2 ranked would keep their rewards permanently, that's when I started grinding HARD. Went from diamond IV to I in a couple days. Was well on my way to hit predator before midnight Feb 4, but it was cut short by almost 12 hours. Not acceptable.
It took me 4 months of casual playing just to hit diamond, I was extremely pleased with my performance and very excited to be able to be a mid 30's guy still pulling out the frags by getting AND keeping my predator rewards

The point is not about the difficulty of the battle pass and we are not expecting a developer to hold off the update. If you want to end the season earlier than people expect, I understand and I have no complaint about that, but at least you have to warn the community.

I'm just asking for clarity and transparency. I have played many other games and this has never happened to me. It's a matter of respect for your players.
