Ranked Premade Squads

In the last split there was an official communication saying:

"Players can only join premade squads containing squadmates with a differential of ONE Ranked tier (down from two)." 

Does anyone know is this still in place for Season 29.1? Or has this now been fully implemented and we're staying with the 1 tier difference
