hello. like the title say someone use his account to use hacks, why now? because he recieve a email saying was banned by cheating today. which is weird because the last time he login was in october ...

First of all, let's make sure your friend's account is secure.
He can follow the steps here, or he can contact the support team by following:Click here to contact the EA support team
- Click on your product Origin
- Then select 'PC
- Manage my Account'
- Can't log in
If he wants to appeal his ban.
He has to contact the Terms of Service team by using the link below.
The Terms of Service team tries to reply within 5 days but it can sometimes take longer depending on the case.
