You should have received email regarding the ban. Is there any chance you missed it or that it went to a spam/junk folder?
Unfortunately there is not much AHQ can do to help you with the ban. None of the forum members have access to the information regarding the ban. The only people who do are the EA TOS department. you would need to reach out to them, which it sounds like you already have.
