It's exactly the same thing I got, I manage to recover my ea account and steam with the support live chat by discovering the mail we're in Russian but the player written in Chinese server but I'm still waiting for the unban apex legends, I don't have any reply from them since 1 month, some of us waited 3 months
If you search or type "apex hacked banned" on twitter/steam/ea answer hq you will see a lot of similar issue. I thought it hapenned since the released of Apex steam and now Im following their news it seems they became very busy by resolving the issue major with Fifa21
