@SCSpite When you say you hover over a legend and it shows items do you mean they are locked in inventory?

Have you tried EA help? Unfortunately I am not sure anyone on the forum can really help.

@hayhor Yes, the item is locked and it says that the original is equipped and when I back out of that legend or weapon it then shows up as the base skin, I’ve looked on EA help and all it did was bring me here, not sure if anyone else may of had similar issues.thanks.

@SCSpite Have you changed platforms or logged in from a new platform (say, PS5 to Xbox or to PC)?

The unlocks are NOT cross platform. You may also have noticed that your level reset.

@Kyldenar I have downloaded Apex on PC and logged in using the same account on my Xbox, this was months ago though and after this my Xbox account still had everything.

@SCSpite If you log in on Xbox today does it have everything?

As Kyldenar mentioned Apex does not have cross progression. The PC account is a 2nd account that will not have everything unlocked.

@hayhor No, everything on my Xbox account has since been removed save for about 3 legendary skins and a few rare and epic items
