And that's the beloved EAC. It took EA this long to ban a cheater. Not bad. Maybe this is a sign that these "game enhancements" will soon be more easily detectable. I hope so.

EA's anti-cheat system is laughable. My roommate was banned in June 2023 for cheating, and he appealed over 150 times before being unbanned in February 2026. When he sought help online, everyone laughed at him, accusing him of cheating. But then, in February 2026, he received an unban email from EA informing him that the penalty period had ended. Is there such a thing as an end to the penalty period for cheating bans? It's essentially a case of EA mistakenly banning someone but refusing to acknowledge it, yet making the player bear the consequences of a wrongful ban.
My friend spent a full three years proving his innocence, which also proves that EA's anti-cheat system is a joke.
