Re: Caustics & Wattsons

@Daze623 I have run into it as well. I have also had them run in a door and close it behind them then hold it.. I end up getting melting as I pound on the door. Granted not just caustics do that...

But yeah, placement nears doors should really be just inside of the door way perferably on a side that does not have a line of sight from another angle so the trap can't be shot down easily.

You'll still control the building. They will either push into the gas and die at the door or set the trap off and run. So it accomplishes the same goal without sacrificing mobility.

@DarthValtrexDoor blocking with barrels is a skill that is learned over time. I never block a door unless we are in a building with a lot of the doors, meaning we cant cover them all or the team is really in trouble and needs to heal or loot while a 3rd party is coming. Dropping a barrel by a door and setting them off doesnt always keep people away. Pred squads just run through and laser me. I always let the team know I'm blocking a door and if they disagree I'll pick it up. Only one time I can remember keeping someone on my team out of a building due to a barrel......and that person was me as I fell off the roof of the house. Thankfully my teammate opened the door from the inside to let me back in. 🤣

@DarthValtrex I actually won a game that way my teamates died and they locked people in a room while the ring was damaging them. It was weird too it was round 2.
