Sorry to hear about all of that.

Step 1. recover your account:

If you believe you have been hacked take appropriate measures to secure your account and associated E-mail account https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/

Step 2. Dispute the ban, with as much info as possible including the account recovery:

If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    ahh yesss my post talking about legal cause of something a ea employee thats not right and its removed when no legal threats where issued like this is insane

    @Jakestterr If you can find a lawyer that will take your case, let us know. Till then you still can't be helped here.

    1. no way to contact a real person on the phone for ea problem 1

    2. the people you can talk to through chat cant do anything for you if you want to make a complaint.

    3. ea says they do thing when in reality they dont investigate they delete you proof of innocence and tell you yea your not being unbanned and we will not reply back to this ever again even when you have absolute proof 100%. Like wtf is wrong with ea even other game companies will look and give you exact reason to a ban and if you show proof they will unban you but ea will not look claim to investigate they dont claim to have looked at everything they dont you give proof they delete it like what are you spouse to do become a streamer with millions of viewers and followers so you get a little slap on the hand and get your account unbanned?????????
