@DarthValtrex But there is not plenty of Avenues. There is the TOS only. There is no dev stating this or that cant be used. There is no dev saying this or that is punishable. It is a completely grey area. There is no information on it. People don't want to go by what players say on reddit or these forums. They want to go by what the devs consider ok and not ok.

Wanna know why none of it is dealt with? Because nearly every big streamer would be banned for modding the game mechanics. They are scared of losing that player base and it would be a lot. I have very keen eye. I know exactly what to look for and have found on some very big streamers.

When your on mouse and keyboard and you get to the lobby and see a controller icon.... Boom this streamer is using Xim to grant himself aim assist. Mods are mods no grey areas can be here.

    @E9ine_AC If the problem is that big, suspend the accounts for a few weeks. If they come back using the mods again perma ban them. Yeah it might hit the player population a bit, but the long term health of the game would be better off. I know dozens of people who don't play online games anymore because they burnt out on the cheating. Now whether it was the fact they just were not good or it was cheating who knows? Probably some combination of the two.

    If someone is unaware if something is cheating they can ask here. I think most people know what is and is not cheating.

    Banning a famous streamer is not that big of deal if they are caught cheating. There are millions of people playing apex, hundreds of thousands itching to be the next big star. I think if a streamer was busted doing it, they would not hesitate to ban them. They made over 400 master-predator players sit out all of season 7.

    @DarthValtrex The problem is though. These players know morally what they are doing is wrong.

    I honestly just wanna see how good these people are with no mods helping them at all. Anyone can beam someone with aim assist. Most certainly on m/k. It is sickening to me to see some be called pros when they need assistance to even hit a shot. 8

    Okay so we have clearly identified there is a ton of grey area here. Which sucks, the controller I was looking at allowed for customized skins and I built a really cool apex skin for it, im a graphic designer for a living. 

    That being said, can any of you make recommendations on controllers? And maybe some aiming tips to help with overall gameplay. 

    Apex is my first FPS on console, last FPS i Played was battlefield 2 on pc in 05-06. Sometimes I lazer beam and sometimes I'm spinning in circles looking at the sky. I adjusted my FOV, max seemed weird so I went down to 90 and been slowly adjusting up towards max. And I have my ADS set to low.

    @hayhor im on xbox. Idk. Ive never gamed on console before, dont know the ins and outs. Just know I'm getting better at this game but I still get shredded and I'm nowhere near where I need to be lol

    @dabbnsports I'd look at the Xbox elite controller assuming you are old console or can use it next gen. I think it has back buttons.

    Because of the sbmm you will have games where you are a king and games where preds shred you. That doesn't mean you are bad. The game sees you having success and move you up a bit inclass.
