@Koochi-Q Um...their development time should include interacting with the final product from time to time. I wouldn't expect them to use personal time. It isn't to much to ask really. I don't know how the game design and development industry really works but if it were me...I would probably also play the thing.

@GRiPSViGiL Yes, their dev time. Not their free time. It’s as @DoYaSeeMe stated. After a build is complete QA testers mainly play it. I’ve not made any games but if I spend so much time developing it, I would like to play it but not in my free time cause you’ll think about work again. How to improve stuff and if the chain of command isn’t on board with that stuff, you can’t do anything.
