Re: Does anyone care about badges?

@BovinePiracy I care about it, just like most ppl playing with randoms. If I see lvl 10 or below, I’m out, if I see 10-50 and not a ‘high achievement’ badge, I have almost no hope of their skills. If I see a person with at least 1 high achievement badge, I’m much more settled on the idea that that person knows what they’re doing.

That’s the extend of me caring. It’s not that if I see someone with the 2K/20 kills/Triple Triple badge that I’m like: holy bowlingballs I have to follow this person and see what he does

So you disconnect from the game at the very beginning depending on other players' badges?

Not a good idea I think, and not fair for the rest of the team 😢

Yes I do. If I see lvl 1-10 I disconnect. I’ve been burned more times than not by low lvl ppl. Whats the use of staying 2 mins and seeing your teammates die due to not knowing the game when you can get into a new game in less than 1 minute with ppl who might know what they are doing.

Lolz I’m fair in saying that I don’t care about my team when they low lvl. I don’t wanna babysit.

Alternately I don't care about level but am more interested in having more people learn the game so more people keep playing the game and don't get frustrated by people leaving all the time at the beginning of a match. I try to teach them some stuff.

More people playing means the health of the game stays up and I keep getting into matches too because more people are playing.

I guess we have different perspectives.

@BovinePiracy There’s millions playing already, the ‘health’ of this game is like a young kid’s. Heart pumping vigorously. So I have no idea how much more of a beating heart you want. This game ain’t dying anytime soon.

We do have different perspectives. I basically just play this game to keep my fps skills up till CoD’s here

I disagree... people who disconnect even before starting or when downed in-game just contribute to a bad game experience.

I've played good matches with at least one squad member being way below our level. So, what's the matter?

Give those players a chance to learn something from you... 😛

  • @Fr3dY2 I know, but I still do it. When others leave I don’t mind... I’ve won it seems more with 1 other team member who has adequate skills than with 2 lvl 10-59’s... so yea...

I don’t wanna be a teacher. Let them play with similarly ranked players (I say that since a lvl 5 can be good but I won’t know it). That way they can learn.
