@BaldWraithSimp I would check the below settings, If you have someone blocked or something disabled, it might cause the message to pop. I would recommend changing them, then relaunching Apex to see if the message returns.
These options will be under the "Privacy Settings" tab on your account page in the link I gave above.
I would also check the in-game settings you have under General for 'club invites' and under the friend's list for Allowing invites, to see if they are disabled or enabled.
