@flakeeey0304 An off season doesn't mean it is dying. 1 point isn't a trend. I like what I've seen so far on Season 18, too.

That said, if Apex doesn't fix ranked, cheating, & matchmaking then I think it will start dying at some point.

Except from it isn't the only off season: the last few have had either no map change or a mediocre one. We had no new legend & minimal map changes in season 16, this season we have had a legend reworked & no map changes so far (although as I said in another comment I suspect we'll get the Storm Point map update at the halfway point of the season). We're getting an increasing amount of recoloured skins & the Devs seem less inclined to make legend changes (although maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised on patch day).
