Ultimate: 

Picking 2 items is not that awesome. It would be great if you can pick at least 10 items from a distance or at least one from each category (1 weapon, 1 armor, 1 helmet, 1 backpack, 1 extended magazine, etc).

If you see a lot of death purple and gold death boxes piling up on hot fighting zone, this could be great or trying to get care package without risking yourself or your desperate for armor swap.   Otherwise, you just smoke/gas the boxes, much easier.

It also depend how far is the looting range and direction of it ? 

Tactical:

Depend on how many, how fast, range and recharge time, let see tomorrow.

I've a feeling they will start Loba as weak legends then buff it later, just like Revenant. 

Designer and Dev explain Loba interaction with Revenant and other character, Loba has her ultimate ready in the beginning of the game, can't wait to see it in 45 minutes:

I'm Loba, but when I need something (extended light mag, light ammo, etc), I still has to search every room like everybody else  or pinging a request to my teammate. Teammate :  ???

I think we should enhance Loba passive :

1. When Loba is looking for some items, such as extended light magazine, scope, backpack, helmet, ammo, that items should be highlighted as well , eventhough it's only level 1 or level 2.  

2. When team mate is looking for something, Loba has option to add it in her passive scan as well (Special character action button).

3. We can limit to 3 items, each player can get 1 item they're looking for.

What do you guys think ?

That could definitely be interesting, though I would be curious about how much visual clutter you might see if you had a full squad wishlist going.

We limit to 3 wish list so won't be too much clutter.

Each team mate can wish 1 item and if you agree to help, you press character action to be included as part of your passive. Once you ping it from distance, it will clear from your wishlist.

If team mate wish multiple item, you can either ignore (do nothing) or replace it by pressing character action.

You probably saw this, just in case you missed it: Loba seems to kiss the enemy but they slightly adjusted it.
