Re: Goodbye Apex Mobile
Personally I've never played the mobile version mostly because as someone whose eyesight isn't exactly the best currently playing the main game on a 30" tv (I'm still looking for bigger 120hz tv ) & finding it a bit of a chore visually playing so the option of playing on the mobile version an even smaller screen was always going to be a no-no for me.And so I can iterate what I've heard about about the game through youtubers & other commenters have mentioned about the exclusive characters not in the main game, more modes & generally more thought & ideas put into the moblie version compared to the main game.Ideally (& logically) I would like to think that the devs & other employees involved in the mobile version could/would transition over to the main game to focus on other modes & ideas that the main game desperately needs. But the reality is do EA/Respawn see Apex as an expansive game looking to appeal to a bigger audience (which means more investment, offering more game modes,a proper next gen upgrade & better servers) or are they merely content with a small game mindset offering only a minimum of modes (like removing Arenas for Control) is no way going to expand the games player-base any time soon as S15 (a season that has been as dry as a camels armpit) has proved with various youtubers, pro players & casual gamers deserting the game en masse.
