That confirms my doubts that cheaters are not being banned, and definitely not fast enough to make a difference that can be felt in game.
After a certain threshold it is clear when you run into a cheater. Their aim is NOT snapping on target. I wonder how many people failed to report them under the excuse "it is aim assist". And as a consequence move on to blame aim assist instead.
