@Yokerui I think most understand your perspective but look at it from Respawns/EA's. If you spend that amount on luck of the dice pixels first time round then chances are, if you want that specific heirloom, you'll likely do it again. By effectively refunding the one you have for the one you want means you're not going to keep spending.

You got EA'd.. Accept it. Fool me once shame on you but fool me twice...

    The apex pack system is honestly trash I'm always getting something for a character I don't have or want And also Ones I hate to use I get everything Except want I want But EA has done a good job with making people Spend a lot of money on packs just so people can get what they want for a specific character
